The hotel is located on small Hankø island – a pearl in the Oslo Fjord. It’s about 2 hours driving distance from Oslo and the closest city is Fredrikstad.
The hotel has 102 rooms, a SPA and conference center, a restaurant, and a bar. The hotel restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Mostly buffet, during the summer season they also have a la carte. The capacity of the buffet restaurant reaches 200 guests simultaneously.
The person we are looking for already has experience as an ala carte or buffet chef. We require a professional approach to work, flexibility, good teamwork skills and Norwegian or English language skills.
Salary: 215-220 NOK/h+10,2%
Working period: start March 2023; the first contract is for 3 months with the possibility to prolong if both sides are happy.
Accommodation: 3200-5200 NOK/month depending on room type. We offer housing in the worker’s dormitory which is located on the premises of the hotel.
Food: 2000 NOK/month; (3 times a day, even when not working).

The average working hours per month are 162 h. Summarized working hours with the calculation period of the whole working period. Overtime (+50%) and holiday pay would be paid along with the final payment. Taxes are ~25%.
