As a kitchen shift manager, you lead your team to reach top performance in the restaurant. In addition to cooking, your duties include orders of raw materials, inventories, self-monitoring and maintaining cleanliness.
The person we are looking for already has experience as an ala carte and buffet chef. We require a professional approach to work, flexibility, and good teamwork skills.
– Either relevant experience or education suitable for the job is needed.
– Hygiene passport.
– Good communication skills in English, and knowing Finnish is a huge plus.
Location: Örö fortress island
Working period: 01.05-01.09, fulltime
Salary: 15€/h-16 €/h for chefs; 18€/h for shift managers
Summarized working hours calculation 160 h/month.
Night time addition (18.00–24.00) 1,33 €/hour
Night time addition (24.00–06.00) 2,25 €/hour
Salaries on Sundays and holidays are double 100%
Overtime addition is 50% of summarized working time with the 3 weeks
calculation period – 120 hours. Paid after every 3 weeks.
9% vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
