Tasks
– Personnel responsibility, including recruitment, training and development of employees.
– Responsibility for the day-to-day running of the department, which includes breakfast, lunch, parties, courses/conferences and al a carte.
– Staffing and rosters
– Budget and result responsibility, including time management, cost control and gross profit.
– Responsibility for the department’s quality, including IK food, cleaning and safety.
– Menu development and purchasing.
– Follow the routine for the right environmental profile.
– Develop the restaurant department in collaboration with the hotel’s management and other departments.
Location: Ålgård
Working period: 01.04.2023 -30.09.2023 with the possibility to prolong to long-term offer
Salary: negotiable
Accommodation: 3000 NOK/month, staff housing
The average working hours per month are 168 h.
The approximate monthly salary with normal hours is 240*168*10,2%= 44433 NOK before taxes (vacation money and overtime addition of 50% would be paid at the end of the contract). Taxes are ~25%.
Overtime addition: 50% (summarized working time with the calculation period of the whole working period).
