We are looking for an experienced à la carte chef who knows how to handle the whole cooking process from start to finish,who can handle multiple orders at once and make quick, correct decisions to ensure orders are completed on time. Comfortable with prepping and cooking meat and fish (from different cuts to perfect doneness), making sauces using both classic and modern techniques, and putting together garnishes that not only taste great but look amazing too. During the summer season, the restaurant serves over 150 diners every evening, so the cook must be able to work well with the team and communicate effectively during service. They are looking for a chef who preferably has experience from a brasserie kitchen or a busy à la carte kitchen, where speed, coordination, and collaboration with other chefs are crucial for achieving a good result. The restaurant has a rich a la carte menu, built on ideas from French cuisine, where methods, taste and consistency are in focus. There is a hectic and good working environment at the workplace.
