A brand-new Italian-style pizza restaurant is looking for skilled pizza and pasta chefs (2-3). They offer Neapolitan pizza, cooked with gas/wood-fired ovens. Everything in the restaurant will be made from scratch (except pasta), and the concept features authentic Italian design. The restaurant is located in a busy shopping centre.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience with Neapolitan pizza
Ability to work with traditional techniques (00 flour, long-fermented dough)
Leadership skills – you will share operational responsibilities with us
Understands basic hygiene and safety standards
Fluent in English or a Scandinavian language

Salary additions
- Sunday addition 30.42 NOK/Hour
- Overtime addition 50.00 %
- Saturday addition 30.42 NOK/Hour

- Night time addition 56.02 NOK/Hour
- Evening time addition 16.01 NOK/Hour
- National holiday addition 100.00 %
Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
