The Hotel is a charming family hotel and an attraction in itself, located in the middle of the world`s best tourist destination. As a Breakfast Chef, you are responsible for the overall success of the Hotel's breakfast service. It is important that you have a good understanding of efficient operations and a good ability to plan and structure your work. Versatility and flexibility are key. - Prepare a variety of high-quality breakfast items. - Ensure that all buffet items are presented in an organized and attractive manner, maintaining the highest standards of food presentation. - Cook small breakfast items a la carte style. - Dinner prep. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a well-stocked and organized buffet station throughout service hours. - Monitor food quality and ensure that all items are prepared and served according to established standards. - Oversee food safety and hygiene protocols, maintaining a clean and sanitized buffet area at all times. - Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients and necessary items for buffet service. - Serve hotel guests.
