A hotel near Trondheim on Hitra Island is looking for a cook.
Requirements:
1. Prepare, cook, and present à la carte and banquet dishes according to recipes and standards.
2. Hygiene and Food Safety: Adhere to hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP.
3. Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the head chef, sous chef, other cooks, and waitstaff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant and kitchen.
5. Efficiency: Contribute to the quick and efficient preparation of meals, especially during busy periods.
6. Grill Station: Manage the grill station, and prepare and plate dishes for our "games & grill" concept.

- Sunday addition 29.74 NOK/Hour

- Evening time addition 15.65 NOK/Hour
- National holiday addition 100.00 %
Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
