We are currently seeking a Chef for a hotel located about 100 km from Trondheim. This historic hotel is located in the heart of Trøndelag. Located by the beautiful shoreline and surrounded by idyllic nature. The hotel also features unique event venues for up to 200 people, providing a special setting for life’s important celebrations.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an a la carte Chef/hotel chef
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and a passion for cooking
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain composure, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and a strong focus on food presentation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the nature of the hospitality industry.

The approximate salary with normal hours is:
250.00 * 162 * 12.00% = 45500.00 NOK
before taxes (~25.00)
Salary additions
- Sunday addition 29.74 NOK/Hour
- Overtime addition 50.00 %
- Saturday addition 29.74 NOK/Hour
- Vacation addition 12.00 %
- Night time addition 54.76 NOK/Hour
- Evening time addition 15.65 NOK/Hour
- National holiday addition 100.00 %
Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
