We are currently seeking a Sous Chef for a hotel in Årdalstangen ASAP.
All the food is made from scratch and is based on the best available food in season, and preferably as local as possible. Among charming surroundings, at the far end of the fjord, they have a unique location with access to amazing ingredients such as fruit, berries, crayfish from the fjord, mountain trout, deer and other wild animals that roam around the mountain areas.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an a la carte Chef
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and a passion for utilizing local ingredients.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain composure, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and a strong focus on food presentation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the nature of the hospitality industry.

Salary additions
- Sunday addition 29.74 NOK/Hour
- Overtime addition 50.00 %
- Saturday addition 29.74 NOK/Hour
- Vacation addition 12.00 %
- Night time addition 54.76 NOK/Hour
- Evening time addition 15.65 NOK/Hour
- National holiday addition 100.00 %
Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
