We are looking for an experienced à la carte chef who knows how to handle the whole cooking process from start to finish. Comfortable with prepping and cooking meat and fish (from different cuts to perfect doneness), making sauces using both classic and modern techniques, and putting together garnishes that not only taste great but look amazing too.
The restaurant has a rich a la carte menu, built on ideas from French cuisine, where methods, taste and consistency are in focus. There is a hectic and good working environment at the workplace.

Requirements:
- 5-10 years experience as an a la carte chef
- High-stress tolerance - a lot of work
- Quick and efficient
- Happy and positive attitude
- Good collaboration skills
- Able to help anywhere in the kitchen when needed
- English language is a must, double bonus if you can speak Norwegian

before taxes (~25.00)
Salary additions
- Sunday addition 29.74 NOK/Hour
- Overtime addition 50.00 %
- Saturday addition 29.74 NOK/Hour
- Vacation addition 12.00 %
- Night time addition 54.76 NOK/Hour
- Evening time addition 15.65 NOK/Hour
- National holiday addition 100.00 %
Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
