A small hotel near Lofoten is looking for dedicated and service-minded waiters/waitresses. The newly renovated hotel has 51 guestrooms and a conference capacity of 100 persons. The hotel features a restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, as well as a new elegant and welcoming bar/lounge area. The restaurant team works closely together to create memorable guest experiences. Tasks: Provide friendly, professional service during breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner shifts Ensure a high standard of service in line with the hotel’s food and beverage concepts Follow routines and procedures for hygiene, cleanliness, and safety Contribute to guest satisfaction, quality, and profitability by delivering attentive and efficient service Follow routines related to certified and organic products, recycling, and help minimize food waste Collaborate positively with colleagues in the restaurant, kitchen, and other departments Assist with setup, serving, and clean-up of events and conferences Desired Qualifications: A positive attitude and a passion for guest service Ability to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests High work capacity and ability to handle busy periods with a smile Strong communication and teamwork skills Interest in food and beverage, and a desire to learn and grow in the role
