Local ingredients are mostly used - lamb, trout, Lagopus, mushrooms and berries - depending on what's seasonal.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an a la carte restaurant or hotel
- A passion for cooking and creativity in the kitchen
- Knowledge of traditional Norwegian cuisine is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Sunday addition 29.74 NOK/Hour
- Overtime addition 50.00 %
- Saturday addition 29.74 NOK/Hour

- Night time addition 54.76 NOK/Hour
- Evening time addition 15.65 NOK/Hour
- National holiday addition 100.00 %
Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
