A chef is being sought for a fine dining à la carte restaurant opening in March.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in an a la carte kitchen
- Knowledge of industry standards and food safety guidelines
- Good communication skills in English, and knowing Norwegian is a huge plus
- It is important that you have a good understanding of efficient operations and a good ability to plan and structure your work. Versatility and flexibility are key.
If both sides are happy, then the seasonal contract can be prolonged to a permanent contract.

Salary additions
- Sunday addition 29.74 NOK/Hour
- Overtime addition 50.00 %
- Saturday addition 29.74 NOK/Hour
- Vacation addition 12.00 %
- Night time addition 54.76 NOK/Hour
- Evening time addition 15.65 NOK/Hour
- National holiday addition 100.00 %
Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
