We are looking for an experienced à la carte chef who knows how to handle the whole cooking process from start to finish. Comfortable with prepping and cooking meat and fish (from different cuts to perfect doneness), making sauces using both classic and modern techniques, and putting together garnishes that not only taste great but look amazing too. The restaurant has a rich a la carte menu, built on ideas from French cuisine, where methods, taste and consistency are in focus. There is a hectic and good working environment at the workplace.
