Our client is seeking an experienced and ambitious Restaurant Manager to help bring the restaurant to an even higher standard. Key responsibilities - Oversee daily restaurant operations and uphold service standards. - Train, coach, and follow up with the team (feedback and development talks). - Implement and monitor routines (workflows, hygiene, HSE). - Ensure product and service quality – end-to-end guest journey. - Build positivity and strong team spirit. - Shared personnel responsibilities with management (scheduling, vacations, onboarding). - Co-own the vacancy/rota planning with management. - Manage ordering and inventory (cost control, waste, stocktakes). - Drive sales with a strong focus on up-selling—ethically and elegantly. - Be a smiling, professional brand ambassador to guests and partners. Your profile - Strong English, next to good knowledge of a Scandinavian language. - Previous experience as a restaurant manager. - Team player who thrives with responsibility. - Solid beverage knowledge: wine, beer, spirits; sommelier background or relevant wine expertise. - Results-oriented, structured, and a culture carrier for true hospitality.
