We are recruiting on behalf of a well-known hotel in Stavanger, Norway, and are looking for an experienced and independent à la carte and buffet chef to join the kitchen team.
The hotel is centrally located in Stavanger, a vibrant coastal city known for its harbour, restaurants, culture, and access to some of Norway’s most beautiful nature experiences.
The position runs from 1st of September til 15th of November.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality à la carte dishes (including a 3-course menu)
Work independently in a structured and efficient manner
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment
Contribute to excellent guest satisfaction
Collaborate effectively with kitchen, restaurant, and hotel staff

before taxes (~25.00)
Salary additions
- Sunday addition 30.42 NOK/Hour
- Overtime addition 50.00 %
- Saturday addition 30.42 NOK/Hour
- Vacation addition 12.00 %
- Night time addition 56.02 NOK/Hour
- Evening time addition 16.01 NOK/Hour
- National holiday addition 100.00 %
Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
