A hotel on Hitra Island, near Trondheim, is looking for an experienced Cook or Kitchen Assistant to join the team.
Your main tasks will include:
Preparing and cooking à la carte dishes and banquet meals according to the restaurant's standards.
Following food safety and hygiene procedures (HACCP).
Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and ready for service.
Working closely with the head chef, sous chef, kitchen team, and restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Helping the kitchen run efficiently, especially during busy service periods.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a team, can handle a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering quality food and service.

- Sunday addition 30.42 NOK/Hour
- Overtime addition 50.00 %
- Saturday addition 30.42 NOK/Hour

- Night time addition 56.02 NOK/Hour
- Evening time addition 16.01 NOK/Hour
- National holiday addition 100.00 %
Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
