A charming hotel in Rogaland is seeking a talented and creative à la carte chef to join our team and help further develop our culinary concept. We pride ourselves on our excellent kitchen, which emphasizes the use of fresh, local ingredients, including produce from our own garden just outside the kitchen.

About Us
Our hotel operates year-round, accommodating between 2 to 90 guests. During the summer, we typically serve 30-50 guests daily, while in the off-season, we host 10-15 guests per day. We offer exquisite 3- and 4-course dinners for tourists and simpler lunch menus for local workers.

  • Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an à la carte kitchen
  • Familiarity with HACCP guidelines
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
