A small hotel near Lofoten is looking for a skillful chef.
The newly renovated hotel has 51 guestrooms and a conference capacity of 100 persons.
The hotel has a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as a new elegant and great bar/lounge area.
1-2 chefs in one shift.
Tasks:
- Arrange and prepare high-quality food in accordance with our various food concepts
- Follow procedures according to IK food, cleaning and safety
- Contribute to the department meeting expectations for guest satisfaction, quality and profitability
- Follow routines for organic and certified products and source sorting, as well as contribute to reducing food waste
- Contribute to a good working environment and cooperation with colleagues in the kitchen and other departments
- Assist during the serving of food

- Creativity and a positive attitude.
- Ability to motivate and contribute positively to the working environment.
- High work capacity and effective collaboration skills.
- A passion for experimenting with flavors and developing new local dishes.
