With a stylish urban atmosphere, they offer everything from lunch buffets to evening fine dining—and transform into a lively nightlife venue on weekends. Must be able to speak and write English. Norwegian is an advantage, but not a requirement. 💼 Key responsibilities include: Creating and managing staff schedules and handling bookings Motivating employees and facilitating their professional growth Ensuring that service and guest experiences align with Te Restaurants' concept Managing closing accounts and performing financial controls Ensuring compliance with health, safety, alcohol regulations, and fire safety protocols Developing, revising, and maintaining operational routines Overseeing IT systems, including POS programming and updates Being a strong and clear leader with loyalty to the company management 💼 Requirements: Structured and self-driven Enthusiastic about taking on a broad range of responsibilities Service-oriented and passionate about hospitality Able to create a positive environment for guests and staff Good knowledge of food and wine A role model for the staff
