We are looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join a dedicated team. In Winter season 3 chefs at the kitchen, in Summer 5 chefs. Your main responsibilities will include: - Preparing and presenting a high-standard à la carte and breakfast buffet. - Ensuring an efficient, well-structured workflow in the kitchen - Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards Eventually, the person will be responsible for menu planning, orders, and staff management, provided they are the right fit. There is also an opportunity for growth in the position.
