A popular mountain café right in the heart of the west side of the Kvitfjell ski resort — serving skiers, travelers and evening guests with great food, coffee and a warm mountain atmosphere. The bistro is a busy restaurant with: Daytime service catering to skiers and mountain guests. Evening a-la-carte service and private events. Homemade food, barista-style coffee, outdoor terrace grill & bar. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen - a la carte or buffet. • Ability to work independently and efficiently. • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. • Knowledge of special diets. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
