We are looking for an a la carte chef at a good standard hotel located in a coastal town in Western Norway.
Probably until Christmas.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience from an a la carte kitchen and buffet service in a hotel
- Knowledge of industry standards and food safety guidelines
- Hygiene certificate
- Good communication skills in English, and knowing Norwegian is a huge plus
- It is important that you have a good understanding of efficient operations and a good ability to plan and structure your work. Versatility and flexibility are key.
