We are looking for an enthusiastic a la carte Chef to join a dedicated team. In Winter season 3 chefs at the kitchen, in Summer 5 chefs. The à la carte chef prepares dishes from start to finish, planning workflow, prepping ingredients, and cooking meals to high quality according to the menu, ensuring proper presentation and kitchen hygiene, while remaining efficient and organized during the very busy summer peak season.
