About the Role and Kitchen: We operate a tourist facility with a restaurant and pub. In Leines, we are in the heart of a "raw material mecca." Our guests expect local flavors, and we take pride in using what the region provides. As our chef, you will need to be flexible and creative, often planning menus based on the "catch of the day" rather than a fixed, broad menu. You will have direct access to: Fresh wild fish from the fishery next door. High-quality salmon fillets directly from the local processing plant. Local moose (elk) meat from regional hunters. Potatoes and carrots from Northern Norway’s largest local producer nearby. What we are looking for: A skilled chef with a passion for local, seasonal ingredients. Ability to work independently and manage both high-paced summer seasons and more structured low seasons. A versatile teammate: While the kitchen is your main domain, we appreciate someone willing to lend a hand in other areas of the resort during quieter periods.
