Job Norway NUF has the pleasure to offer you the possibility to come to work as a hotel chef in Northern Norway, Mosjøen. Working in a 4-star hotel requires familiarity with the high volume of work, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistent quality in dishes (group menu). What We’re Looking For: ✅ Knowledge of culinary techniques and familiarity with the preparation of high-quality dishes. Work in different sections (cold, hot, grill, etc). ✅ Strong knowledge of industry standards and food safety regulations (HACCP). Managing food allergies and intolerances. ✅ The ability to manage time, portions, and efficiency. ✅ Organized and efficient, with excellent planning skills ✅ Teamwork. The cook needs to be collaborative with other cooks, waiters, and head chefs. Effective communication in English (is mandatory)for a smooth and efficient service. ​Please be informed that our culinary team is responsible for cleaning all kitchen equipment and areas utilized during food preparation. The hotel does not have dedicated staff for kitchen cleaning; therefore, our cooks undertake these duties to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and organization.
