Are you passionate about creating culinary masterpieces using local, high-quality ingredients? Do you have experience in both a la carte environments as well as executing high-level tasting menus? We are looking for a fine dining chef for a Gourmet Wine Cellar restaurant with an open kitchen setting. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years experience in an a la carte kitchen - Knowledge of industry standards and food safety guidelines - Good communication skills in English, Norwegian is a plus. - It is important that you have a good understanding of efficient operations and a good ability to plan and structure your work. If both sides are happy, then the seasonal contract can be prolonged to a permanent contract. Food: One free meal per shift.
Lønn: 260.00 - 280.00 NOK/h
Gjennomsnittlig arbeidstid er: 162.50 / month
Den omtrentlige lønnen med normale timer er: 280.00 * 162 * 12.00% = 50960.00 NOK  før skatt (~25.00)
