We are looking for a fine dining chef for a Gourmet Wine Cellar restaurant with an open kitchen setting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in an a la carte kitchen
- Knowledge of industry standards and food safety guidelines
- Good communication skills in English, Norwegian is a plus.
- It is important that you have a good understanding of efficient operations and a good ability to plan and structure your work.
If both sides are happy, then the seasonal contract can be prolonged to a permanent contract.
